The art of beer: Chicago artists bring flair to local breweries' designs
For this RedEye cover story about beer can art, I got to talk to so many interesting and talented local creatives and breweries. It meant a lot to be able to amplify their stories. (Plus, I learned a lot about craft beer!)
How I learned to stop worrying and love cheese
In this story for the Chicago Tribune's Food & Dining section, I wrote about my journey with cheese, interviewed an award-winning Chicago cheesemonger and gave some recommendations for fellow cheese newbies.
